CURRENT CONDITIONS:The East Bay Site (“Site”) is generally level and at-grade. The western and northern portions of the Site are vacant. The majority of the southern and eastern portions consist of dirt or gravel lots used for trailer storage and for boat and automobile storage and sales, with all lessees on short-term leases. The southeast corner of the Site at the intersection of Plum Street and State Avenue contains a Shell gas station (Parcel 1B) that is owned by the Port. While rights-of-way exist through the Site, the street network is largely undeveloped.
